About the teacher:
Mimi is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher. She has been teaching yoga since 2011. She believes in life long learning and continues to study with her beloved teacher Alaric Newcombe.
‘Yoga found me when I was going through a transformational process that changed my whole life. Since it helped me through this transformation, yoga has been a much loved and always present part of my life.
I believe yoga practice is a powerful tool that is always available to us. It helps us through everyday life – no matter how difficult it may be at certain times.
To me the most important teaching of yoga is love – which begins by accepting who we are. It lights the way and shows us how to live well balancing our body, mind and spirit.’
Mimi teaches with precision and intelligence, lightness and dedication. She tailors each class to the needs, ability and potential of the group and the individuals within.
